If the cancellation is successfully completed, any eligible payment will generally be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation After Processing

Because Ruvaio.com operates using a dropshipping and third-party fulfillment model, orders may be processed quickly after purchase.

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or forwarded to a supplier or fulfillment partner, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, you may need to receive the product and request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

4. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the shipping carrier, it generally cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer want the product, you may request a return after delivery, provided that the product qualifies for return under our applicable Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers should not refuse delivery solely to request a refund unless instructed by Ruvaio or the applicable carrier.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

When an order cancellation is approved, the eligible refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, bank, card issuer, or financial institution.

Ruvaio does not control the processing time of third-party financial institutions.

6. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation, including orders that have already been:

• Processed by our fulfillment partner.

• Prepared for shipment.

• Shipped.

• Delivered.

• Customized or specially prepared, where applicable.
